Why does Wanderly need location access?

Wanderly uses your location only to show your current position on the map within the app. Your location data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers or used to track you.

Is my location data private?

Yes, completely private. Your location is only used locally on your device to display your position on the map. We don't collect, store, or transmit your location data to our servers.

How do I create an account?

Wanderly uses Sign in with Apple for secure, private authentication. Simply tap "Sign in with Apple" when prompted, and you can choose to share or hide your email address.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app. Go to Settings within Wanderly and look for the account deletion option. This will permanently remove your account and associated data.

The app is crashing or won't open

Try these steps:

• Force close the app and reopen it
• Restart your device
• Update to the latest version of Wanderly
• Ensure you have iOS 17.2 or later

Location services aren't working

Check these settings:

• Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services
• Make sure Location Services is enabled
• Find Wanderly in the list and set it to "While Using App" or "Always"
• Restart the app after changing permissions

What iOS versions are supported?

Wanderly requires iOS 17.2 or later. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your device updated to the latest iOS version.
